Can I change the delivery information?

Orders are prepared quickly, so I cannot guarantee that your request will be processed in time to make a modification. 

However, please contact me as soon as possible to handle your request.

Can I change the shipping method of my order?

If the order has been prepared and the label generated, it cannot be modified. So that this does not happen, please consider well all the steps to follow when making your purchase. 

Can I add, remove or modify a product from my order?

If you have placed your order and finally want to add, delete or modify a product please contact me. Please note that if the order has been prepared and the label generated, no changes can be made to the order. 

How do I know where my order is?

When you place your order you will receive a first confirmation email after purchase. As such, once you submit your order, you will receive another email with a tracking number attached so that you can be kept informed of the status of your shipment at all times.

My order has been returned, what should I do?

If your order has been returned, it means that the delivery could not be completed due to some problem during the shipping process.

Please note that if the package is returned, you will have to pay the amount again to arrange a new shipment. 

I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. As the buyer, you are responsible for tracking your package to stay informed of its status and avoid future mishaps.

Can I make an exchange or return?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancelled orders will be refunded minus a 5% non-refundable processing fee. Only orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled.

How do I know when a product is back in stock?

Subscribe to the Newsletter and turn on post notifications on Instagram! This way you can stay up to date on new product releases and store updates.

What should I do if I receive a broken product?

All products are carefully packed, but sometimes your order may be dropped or externally damaged due to third parties. If this is the case and your part arrives broken, you will find all the information on the process to follow in our Refund Policy.

How do I take care of my products?

Preserve the beauty, shine and durability of your pieces.

If you have purchased a mug, you need to know that it is microwave and dishwasher safe, although I recommend washing it by hand to safeguard the piece for as long as possible. 

If you have chosen to purchase one of our paint palettes, the best option is to clean it with a damp sponge or cloth to remove pigment buildup and help keep it looking its best after using tempera, acrylics, oils or watercolors.

What is a gift card?

With the purchase of the digital gift card you can purchase any product on the website with a unique code that is generated after the purchase of the same. The recipient of the gift card can enter this code to subtract the value of the gift card from their order total.The gift card is non-refundable and non-expiring.
